Steve Schultz has a North Carolina State University Diploma in Fundamentals
of Construction Project Management. This gives you the security that the
building process will be on schedule and will run with the professionalism
your family deserves and expects from our team.

that guide us in the home building process. We have been claim free since
being approved as a builder with them years ago. This is a testimony to
