Winding River Plantation
Winding River Plantation is a 1,050 home, private, gated
community set high above the Lockwood Folly River with
direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is an
environmentally aware private community, with waterfront,
marshfront, golf course and wooded homesites in the middle
of the spectacular southeast coastal area of North Carolina.

Magnolias and Live Oaks have been preserved at the
Carolina National, which is also one of the few Audubon
Certified Sanctuary courses in the nation. The innovative
design of this 7,000-yard course means there is a
challenge for all skill levels. The course also features a
1,400 sf putting green and a 320-yard driving range.

River House, set on the edge of the Lockwood Folly River,
