Dependability, honesty and reliability

Dependability, honesty and reliability were qualities we were looking for in a builder. Steve Schultz of Southern Comfort Homes possessed all of these. Add to this list a feeling of comfort, and we had the entire package.

As we were not in North Carolina during our building process, communication was of utmost importance to us. Steve was available to us via his cell phone, and when busy, returned out calls promptly. He readily listened to our concerns and handled them immediately. We had a targeted date for out move into our new home and Steve did everything possible to ensure us that all would go according to our arranged schedules.

As with any building process, after the move in, details came up that needed attending to. Steve was there in a very timely manner to make sure we were comfortable and happy in our new home. Mike and I would sincerely recommend Steve Schultz as a quality and reliable builder, and we are enjoying our new home.
