new to the experience

Having not built a custom home before, we were new to the experience and what a positive experience it was due to Southern Comfort Homes and Steve Schultz. Unlike  most folks, we built our home in absentia, making only two on-site visits during construction. All along the way, Steve was a great help. Virtually every recommendation  or change he made was in concert with our thinking. He created several things, independent of us, that added value to the "special-ness" of our home. We would never hesitate in recommending anyone, but Southern Comfort Homes.
