We are very pleased with the home built for us by Southern Comfort Homes, Inc., Steven E. Schultz. The quality, workmanship and  attention to detail is outstanding. The personal touch by Mr. Schultz added to the work is commendable. We shopped for builders for about a year and a half. When we told a builder that our plans to build  were a year or so out, they lost interest and told us to call them when we were ready to build. Mr. Schultz took the time to search out a plan and types of homes we were looking for and worked with us. He provided the information we needed to make the right decision for us.
