This was our first experience at building a home

This was our first experience at building a home so the whole process was new to us. Steve took the time to first verify that the home we were considering would fit on our lot and  presented suggested layouts which was extremely helpful. Steve was very  accommodating to changes we wished to make in the basic plans and also made many valuable suggestions. Most important was his accessibility and promptness to handle  any questions, concerns or issues that came up during the building process. We have a well built, attractive home that was ready for us very close to the date that Steve promised it would be.

We have confidence in recommending his services to others and have already done so. His ideas, caring about the quality and workmanship of his finished product and follow ups has been great. Our retirement home is a joy to us. We sincerely Thank Steve and his staff at Southern Comfort Homes, Inc. for building us such a high quality home and for their help and guidance along the way.
